La Suite West - Hyde Park London

Stayed at this boutique hotel for three nights and it was perfect for our needs. The staff were incredibly efficient and helpful, and the room was immaculate and well designed. The location was amazing, close to two metro stations and just a few minutes' walk from Hyde Park. Queensway street, with its many restaurants, was right around the corner. The hotel was very clean and the showers and bathroom were fantastic. The convenience of being able to leave our bags after checkout was a big plus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with a spotless room and a modern and well-equipped bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, with a rotating TV in our spacious room. The location was perfect, being very near to Bayswater station and within easy reach of the tube stations. This made it vital for us to explore this city. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located on a slightly raised platform, which allowed us to enjoy beautiful views. The staff were friendly and professional, making our experience even better.

The hotel's location is excellent, with two London Tube underground stations close by and within walking distance. This makes it very convenient for getting around the city. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, with underfloor heating in the bathroom and bathrobes provided. The staff are friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to make special occasions memorable.

The hotel's entrance door from the street lacks security measures, which can be concerning for guests during breakfast, brunch, or lunch times.

The hotel had a great location, close to Hyde Park, Kensington, and the tube. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and there was plenty of hot water.

Some of the light fixtures were dim and in need of replacing.

The location of this place is ideal as it is situated in a great area with shops that are open late. Also, it is directly on top of the underground, making transportation convenient. The staff provided great service, making use of various amenities like room service and wake-up service. Additionally, the terrace and garden furniture provided added comfort and ambience in the room.

I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Not obvious to find.

Loved the convenient location, just a minute's walk from the underground station. Made it so easy to explore the city and get around. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making our Easter stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast was a pleasant surprise with its variety and delicious vegan options. It was a great way to start our day.

The room we stayed in was a little tired and could use some updating. the lack of natural light and dim lighting made it difficult to do certain tasks, like putting on makeup.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel near Hyde Park. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the park and other attractions. The style of the hotel was very elegant and luxurious. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the vegan breakfast on the lovely terrace. The bathroom in my room was beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants nearby. the room was beautifully decorated, with clever and functional layout. the natural light and flowers in the wall added a lovely touch. the black-out curtains ensured a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the verandah outside, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. the hotel served a light lunch, which was a nice option.

There were a few minor communication issues during our stay. We requested no room cleaning, but it seemed that the request was not properly communicated to the staff.
